Online Certificate verification has been initiated for the admissions into the various Post graduate courses in the colleges affiliated to Universities in Telangana Region

పత్రాలను అప్‌లోడ్ చేయడానికి సూచనలు.

1. ఆన్లైన్ కౌన్సెలింగ్కు అర్హత అప్లోడ్ చేసిన పత్రాలపై ఆధారపడి ఉంటుంది.
2. పత్రాలను అప్లోడ్ చేసేటప్పుడు చాలా జాగ్రత్త తీసుకోండి.
3. అప్‌లోడ్ చేసిన ప్రతి పత్రం / సర్టిఫికెట్ చిత్రం స్పష్టంగా మరియు కనిపించేలా చూసుకోండి.
4. వెబ్సైట్లోకి అప్లోడ్ చేయడానికి ముందు డాక్యుమెంట్ ఇమేజ్ని సరి చూసుకోండి.
5. డాక్యుమెంట్ ఇమేజ్ పరిమాణం 500 KB కన్నా తక్కువ మరియు 100KB కన్నా ఎక్కువ ఉండాలి.
6. డాక్యుమెంట్ ఇమేజ్ రిజల్యూషన్ అంటే., (వెడల్పు X ఎత్తు) 1500 X 1500 పిక్సెల్‌లు ఉండాలి.
7. చిత్రంలోని పత్రం / ప్రమాణపత్రం చుట్టూ ఏదైనా అవాంఛిత స్థలం ఉన్నట్లైతే తొలగించండి.

అప్‌లోడ్ చేయడానికి ముఖ్యమైన ధృవపత్రాలు.

1. ఎస్‌ఎస్‌సి లేదా 10 వ తరగతి లేదా దానికి సమానమైన మార్కుల మెమో
2. ఇంటర్మీడియట్ లేదా 10 + 2 లేదా దానికి సమానమైన మెమో-కమ్ పాస్ సర్టిఫికేట్.
3. డిగ్రీ సర్టిఫికెట్ మరియు మార్కుల యొక్క పూర్తి మెమొరాండం లేదా క్వాలిఫైయింగ్ ఎగ్జామినేషన్ యొక్క ఏకీకృత మెమో (డౌన్ లోడ్ చేయబడ్డ మెమోలు అనుమతించబడవు). అభ్యర్థి అర్హత పరీక్షలో అవసరమైన శాతం మార్కులతో ఉత్తీర్ణత సాధించినట్లుగా ధృవీకరించుకోవాలి
4. 9 వ తరగతి నుండి బోనాఫైడ్ \ స్టడీ సర్టిఫికేట్ లేదా అమలులో ఉన్న నిబంధనల ప్రకారం అభ్యర్థి యొక్క స్థానిక \ నాన్-లోకల్ స్థితి యొక్క రుజువు (ANNEXURE -I చూడండి).
5. ఒకవేళ వర్తించినట్లయితే కుల ధృవీకరణ పత్రం.
6. ఒకవేళ వర్తించినట్లయితే 01.01.2020 న లేదా తరువాత తహశీల్దార్ జారీ చేసిన తాజా ఆదాయ ధృవీకరణ పత్రం.
7. సర్టిఫికేట్ NCC/CAP/PH, ఒకవేళ వర్తించినట్లయితే, రెండో దశలో విడిగా పిలవబడుతుంది.
8. అభ్యర్థి చివరిగా అధ్యయనం చేసిన సంస్థ నుండి బదిలీ సర్టిఫికేట్ (టి.సి).

Instructions to upload documents

1. Eligibility to the online counseling is based on the documents uploaded.
2. Take utmost care while uploading the documents.
3. Make sure every document/certificate image uploaded is clear and visible.
4. Preview the document image before uploading to the website.
5. Document image size must be less than 500 KB and greater than 100KB.
6. Document image resolution ie., (width X height) must be 1500 X 1500 pixels.
7. Remove any unwanted space or things around the document/certificate in the image

IMPORTANT CERTIFICATES TO UPLOAD

1. SSC or 10th class or its equivalent marks memo.
2. Intermediate or 10+2 or its equivalent memo-cum pass certificate.
3. Degree certificate and complete memorandum of marks or consolidated memo of qualifying examination (the downloaded memos are not allowed). The Candidate should ensure that he / she passed the qualifying examination with a requisite percentage of marks without which his/her admission will not be entertained.
4. Bonafide / Study Certificate from 9th class onwards or Proof of Local / Non-Local status of the candidate as per the rules in force(see ANNEXURE -I).
5. Community / Caste Certificate if applicable.
6. Latest Income Certificate issued by Tahsildar on or after 01.01.2020, if applicable.
7. Transfer Certificate (T.C) from the institution where the candidate has last studied.
8. Certificate of Special Category NCC / CAP / PH, if applicable, will call separately in second phase.
